Having had an intense focus on process throughout his career, he’s seen that people are the true catalysts for change within an organization. His experiences in Corporate America, both the good the bad and the ugly, have fueled his passion for the people side of change.
Wayne believes what the world desperately needs more of is better organizational cultures. The effect that culture has locally on the employee experience is immense. It is also something that is widely misunderstood by the very ones that should be the foremost experts in it – managers. But it is crucial to maximizing team productivity and performance.
